Return & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Manual Tool Mart. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or clearance pallets unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used tools or items showing signs of wear

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Gift cards
-
Final-sale products
3. Return Process
To start a return:

Email us at business@manualtoolmart.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Manual Tool Mart is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at business@manualtoolmart.com with evidence of the issue (photos/videos).
If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer a similar replacement or a refund.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at business@manualtoolmart.com.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will investigate and resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
