All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars) by default unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout.

Your bank may charge conversion or international transaction fees if your card is not issued in USD.

3. Payment Processing

  • Payment is charged immediately upon placing your order.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once the payment is successfully processed.

  • If your payment is unsuccessful, your order will not be processed until the transaction is completed.

4. Fraud Prevention & Verification

Manual Tool Mart reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Request additional identification or payment verification for high-value or flagged orders

This process is in place to protect both our customers and our business from fraud.

5. Billing Information

We are not responsible for failed transactions or delays caused by incorrect billing information.

6. Taxes and Duties

  • For customers in Hong Kong: Prices are inclusive of all local taxes.

  • For international customers: You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices and will not be refunded in case of returns.

7. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds (when applicable under our Return & Exchanges Policy) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Shipping fees, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
